Plato Premium is billed through Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Plato to change or cancel your plan. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Delete your data
You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the app, under Settings → Delete account. This works for both anonymous accounts and Sign in with Apple accounts. Prefer us to do it? Email support@crawlsense.ai from your account address and we will erase your data within 30 days.
How your meal analysis works
When you analyze a meal, your photo and any text description are sent to Anthropic (Claude API) to estimate calories and macros. Under our contract, this data is not used to train AI models. Your account and meal history are hosted and stored on Google Cloud in the European Union. See our Privacy Policy at /privacy for full details.

How accurate are the estimates?
Plato gives a fast, AI-based estimate of calories and macros from your photo or description. It is a guide, not a lab measurement — you can review and adjust every result before saving. Estimates are not medical or nutritional advice.
Do I need to photograph every meal?
No. You can snap a photo or just describe a meal in words. Favorite meals let you log your usual food in one tap.
What is Plato Premium?
A monthly subscription that unlocks cloud storage, your full meal history, and the personalized coach. You can cancel anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings — your access continues until the end of the paid period.
